Your exam will be monitored by a live virtual proctor. The proctoring team is made up of trained professionals with experience in communication, technical troubleshooting and online exam monitoring.
The online exam platform provides technical support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you experience a problem before or during your exam, contact the online exam support team by email, live chat or telephone at 1-855-772-8678.
If you experience a technical issue during the exam and cannot reconnect to your proctor or continue the exam, contact Mortgage Professionals Canada for assistance. MPC will review the situation and determine whether an exam reset is required.
