Early bird pricing is available now for the National Mortgage Conference, but not for long.

Students can complete their final exam in-person at one of our approved test centres, located in most major cities across Canada. In order to be eligible to book a final exam, students must ensure they have completed their online course in full. Upon completion, students will see a Book Exam button in their online profile under My Activities.

Students must first complete their course in full. Once complete, you will see the Book Exam button in your online profile under the My Activities page.
Click Book Exam and follow the step-by-step registration instructions. The Exams Department will receive your request and process it within 48 business hours.
The cost for an in-person examination at an external testing site is $100. Exams must be arranged at one of MPC’s approved test centres across Canada.

Note: Outside-GTA exam bookings take approximately one week to finalize. Please allow up to two business days for the Exams Department to contact you with next steps.
If you fail, you can register for one rewrite for $75 plus taxes. You must rewrite the exam within six months of receiving your results by email.
If you fail a second time, you will need to re-enrol in the course.
The rewrite registration link is included in your results email notice for your convenience.
Only one rewrite is permitted. If you fail the rewrite, you will need to re-enrol in the course to continue your studies.

Once the final exam has been scheduled, a $75 re-booking fee will apply. Requests must be received before the currently scheduled exam.

Exam deferrals are permitted, although they are strongly discouraged, as students are generally more successful when the course material is still fresh.
If you require a deferral due to stress, a medical issue or a personal emergency, you must receive official approval from the Education Department in advance by emailing [email protected] .
Approval for an exam deferral must be finalized before your scheduled exam date.
Exam results are emailed to students within five business days of their exam date and include the next steps.
